Happy Hour: Sunset Reset

Make space to reset with our Happy Hour: Sunset Reset — a 5-hour wellness experience every Monday to Friday, created to help you unwind, recover, and reconnect.

Enjoy unlimited access to our sauna and contrast therapy facilities, then choose between a deeply relaxing Sound Healing session or an energising Breathwork experience, depending on availability. Together, heat, cold, breath, and sound create the perfect environment to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore your energy. 🌅

This is your invitation to slow down, reset, and step back into your week feeling lighter, clearer, and renewed.
